Refund policy

BEAM RIVALS · Last updated October 11, 2026

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of your BEAM RIVALS purchase. If your order arrives in separate parcels, the return window starts when the last item is delivered.

How to start a return

Email infobeamrivals@gmail.com or contact us through our support form with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please wait for those instructions before sending a parcel; the address printed on a shipping label may not be our returns address.

Pack the items securely and include the components and accessories you received. If anything arrived damaged or incomplete, let us know so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

Return costs

Return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us first so we can arrange the return shipping method.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you about your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. If you are waiting for a refund, contact us with your order number.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and photos where available. We will work with you to resolve it through an appropriate replacement or refund. The 30-day guarantee does not limit your legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation before your order is fulfilled. Contact us promptly with your order number. If it has already been fulfilled, follow the return process above.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, including any statutory cancellation rights. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights.
