Free US shipping

US shipping is free with every BEAM RIVALS battle set. Your order total, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated delivery

Estimated US delivery is 6–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, severe weather and customs checks may affect delivery.

Tracking your order

We send tracking information when your order ships. If your parcel is delayed, tracking has stopped updating or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos where available.
